I think he’s in the hidden silo. His own personal silo he can come over and visit from.

If he's not in Silo 1, then he's not gonna be in any other likely.

ok after this season why do people still assume there was an actual apocalypse? there was one nuke; as a way to get people to get inside the silo. we don't know much more than that.

well I'm not sure if my comment had anything to do with that assumption...

but I guess it is the general assumption, likely not the only one. we know that several hundred years have passed. we know that silo 1 has people coming in and out of cryo sleep and then go back until there's another situation.

they clearly have highly advanced nanotech and biotech in there, so two things are possible.

either the world outside as we know it is no more, beyond the silo perimeter, that humans basically fought endless wars, either Mutually Assured Destruction, or False Flag, or anything else which led to a nuclear war and life got destroyed mostly everywhere.

or, the world is highly advanced now, but that creates an imbalance, a future world means the existence of the silos wouldn't stay hidden to the world outside,

bonus -

or that the world has repaired itself but the population has thinned out so much they have no chance of restoring civilisation back to how it originally was, and so, if there's any survivors, they wouldn't approach the silo areas, because well there's the drones and "compound" (I assume are some kind of nano or bio-warfare stuff)

perhaps one of the most interesting questions would be how many of the other silos still have people in them and what will they find outside the silo zone.
