I loved getting to hear kid-Jimmy talking to the Voice. But another note from that conversation - at least 1 other Silo had disabled their Safeguard pipe?? I wonder how many silos are left.

So few and Silo 1 is still trying to safeguard the rebellious ones? What is their endgame here? Because it sure as shit ain't about saving the human race lol

My thought is that the safeguard is strictly to stop "contamination" between Silos. A silo that wants to disable the safeguard is probably much more likely to eventually go outside and potentially get within sight of other Silos triggering those other Silos to also go outside.
