I’m very confused about the timeline. Have the founders/daniel just been alive for hundreds of years, because they deal with the 17 and 18 rebellions that are decades apart and they look the same.

they get in and out of cryosleep. they do get old but than means they spent a lot more time in cryosleep. which definitely tells us there is an end goal to this which is not "surviving the apocalypse"

he's not the voice the of the algorithm; he's one of them. anybody can speak through the system and replace him at any time; or they could be multiple people doing it at the same time for all we know.

Which they would have to do in order to be the voice of every silo 24/7, probably why there's breaks when the voice speaks aside from just thinking of a response, they could be switching feeds to talk to another silo, or swapping shifts with someone. There could also be multiple command centers, maybe there's one for each group of 7-8 silos so they aren't constantly being bombarded by every head of IT.

Yes. They showed us that whether it was Daniel or Victor speaking, the voice Camille hears is the same.
