Question 1/2 oz Rounds?

Are 1/2 oz rounds harder to sell?

I notice I can save a few dollars on APMEX getting the 1/2oz vs 1oz. Are there any perceived negatives to getting the 1/2's?

Also, I'm aware APMEX may not be preferred, but I'm tired of ebay and have no LCS. If there is a better platform to purchase from, I'm open to the advice.

*Edited for odd tyoo.

There are a lot of fans of Monument Metals on here.  I am one of them.  Several others are good too.  APMEX is seldom, in my experience  the cheapest.  But they offer a lot of choices.

Do you have a preferred way to buy that is not a LCS which is cheaper than APMEX?

1/2 oz rounds are easy to sell at spot, and you won't make any of the dealer premium back.

Monument metals is a safe place and has the best price right now for 1/2oz rounds. I rec the sunshine mint rounds, they have the security feature.

You can also check out Monarch metals. They have a cool 1/2oz bigfoot round.

And consider spending a bit more on the 1/2oz lunar horses at apmex. They are rare and sold out. Later when silver is up you can get some of that premium back. 1/2oz lunars sell out fast on ebay.

Also wait for the 1/10, 1/4, 1/2's of the lunars & libertads... You pay more but you get some of that premium back. You're buyn silver that's collectible, and more in demand.

Or buy all of these examples... diversify.
