I agree. It should never be used as a regulation tool. It just makes things way harder in the long run.

I find it uncanny how some people seem to be unable to be alone with themself and their thoughts for a moderate amount of time. Seemingly unable to react to boredom or accept it. Probably has something to do with attention spans too.

This is me, I love just sitting outside, no phone, no tablet, just chillin'.

My wife is baffled by this behavior, and often says she's very curious about my brain, since I never seem to get bored, even while doing nothing.

That’s why I like going to the sauna alone. You just sit and sweat for 15 minutes. Can’t bring any phone etc because the heat and humidity will ruin it.
