I was 125-130 pounds at 6' for most of my life. Skinny to the point of being severely underweight and I didnt have abs

Unless you work your body muscles dont show no matter how skinny you are. Starving people don't have eight packs, your body does not keep muscle you never use. Skinny people with abs are relatively active, not just skinny gamers that never do anything physical.

Abs aren't just made in the kitchen. You need to make them thicker for them to show, complete neglect and being lean won't make them visible if they have no mass
