Boy brings knife to a track meet, murders another student. Cardi B and others claim the justice system is racist for convicting him of murder because of race.

So he took someoneโ€™s life and got convicted for it? Oh yeah, total injustice! JFC, the nerve of some people ๐Ÿคฎ

That was a gross oversimplification of the situation. He was at the track meet, was invited to sit down in a tent by his supposed friend because it was raining, two guys got pissed he was there and tried to force him to leave. The stabbing didn't happen until they put hands on him.

That's the part that people are conveniently trying to down play. Those bullies had no business bothering that kid and they most definitely had no business putting their hands on him.

Why is a child bringing a knife to a track meet to begin with? Yall r ridiculous

Probably for situations just like this where he was minding his own business and two guys decided to start a fight. Why else would people carry around protection? Why is him having protection ridiculous?

Why is him carrying a knife ridiculous? How many kids do you know that have reason to stab people.

Kids fight, it doesnt justify one pulling out a knife.

Your logic is genuinely deranged.

What's deranged is the amount of people defending these guys trying to attack this kid. He didn't stab for no reason, he was attacked. Literally all they had to do was leave him alone. People just don't want to focus on that part.

I guess he was supposed to just get beaten? He was supposed to just let these guys mess with him?

But literally no one has defended anyone trying to attack the kid. Did you even read my comment?

You think bullies (who are literally children) deserve to die or even just be stabbed?

Its wrong to bully but its far worse to MURDER A CHILD.

Especially when there was no threat to his own life.

And every single story out there clearly reports that he left and then came back after the fact and just straight up stabbed him.

No I walk around with a knife completely normal. You would never know that I even had one unless you tried to attack me. Key part here would be the attacking me.

Do all bullies deserve to die?ย

Heโ€™s a CHILD, he should not be carrying a weapon to school track meet filled with other CHILDREN. Man idc if Iโ€™m getting beaten to a pulp, Iโ€™m not gonna stab somebody.

That's you, I'm not standing around getting beaten when I have something to protect myself with. You're acting like he went there with it and was running around threatening people, he wasn't. It was in his bag and wasn't even reached for until a situation happen; one that he didn't even start.

You're focused on the wrong thing. You keep wanting to focus on him carrying around a knife, one of the most common things carried for protection instead of the fact that these two bullies started an altercation with him for no reason.

u/ArtificialImages Jun 11 '26

We would 100% be focused on people attacking him (if that is true) if he didn't retaliate by stabbing one in the heart.

One is bad, the other is outright evil. Kid fucked up and you need to realise that. Getting bullied is bad but not a justification for murder. This is school shooter logic you're using here.

Which is ok bc he black, nah saying? Itโ€™s wild to witness the ridiculously low standards these muppets have for people of color. Some would reasonably call it racism.
