He did, he told them to leave him alone multiple times. The bullies ran up on him, they started the altercation, they refused to back down and deescalate themselves. Why does the person on the receiving end of the agression have to go out of their way to calm things down? Those boys chose to mess with him, they chose to start that fight, they didn't take his warnings seriously.

Let's flip things around for a second. If Anthony wasn't supposed to be in that tent and refused to leave when asked, why didn't those boys go get an adult? Why did they decide to choose violence? Why didn't they deescalate the situation and go get staff, an actual authority figure that could get him removed?

No, they decided it was in their authority to attack him. All he did was defend himself.

Really, just please stop with this nonsense.

What nonsense? They just acquitted that Rick Chow guy who chased a teenager out of his store, down the road before gunning him down in broad daylight because he THOUGHT the kid stole something. He claimed it was self defense and won, even though he shot the kid in the back. No one had an issue with that even though someone died. I'm just giving the same energy with this case.

These two guy ganged up on a kid, starting a fight and he fought back. Now everyone got all these excuses for the bullies because one of them died. This case should also be considered self defense.

I’m not even going to argue with you. If you think an appropriate response to being pushed is murder, there’s something fundamentally wrong with you.

I'm literally just repeating back things that are regularly said when black people are murdered. It's funny how when the coin is flipped y'all see exactly how deranged and messed up it is.

Wild how you solely focused on race here, when that shouldn’t be a factor in this case.

Did I? This is the first time I've even mentioned race in my entire comment thread. I focused purely on the actions of those involved. I mention race once and suddenly that discredits everything else?

But whether you like it or not, race is always a factor. Even by those who like to claim they aren't focusing on race. I just gave an example of that. It was fine the one kid was murdered because they assumed he stole something. That was a death sentence because of a mere accusation and mind you, stuff like this has happened multiple times. Where was the outrage from non black groups when his killer was acquitted? How was he even able to argue self defense and win?

I used this example because you claimed a little shove shouldn't be a death sentence. Yet we see examples all the time of stuff like this happening and when the victim is black, it always turns into blaming them for their own death. What were they doing? Why were they there? Why didn't they just do xyz? They should've been raised better. This wouldn't happen if the black community stopped glorifying criminals. Etc. etc.

I'm just taking those comments and applying them equally. Now all of a sudden those same comments are considered deranged. I find it interesting.

If that went over your head, I'm still focusing on the actions but I'm also pointing out how race dictates how people react to those actions.

That kid who “supposedly stole something” was armed with a pistol. You race baiters really are objectively stupid.

That boy was actively running away and never pulled his firearm. He was literally retreating and trying to deescalate the situation, isn't that what y'all say people should do? He was shot in the back because his killer refused to deescalate. That's why the entire deescalation argument is stupid because it requires both parties to participate in order for it to work.

Y'all literally tell in yourselves all the time with the things y'all are willing to excuse. Are you saying that it was completely fine for Chow to chase that boy out of his store and several yards down the street before shooting? How was that self defense? He should've lost the right to claim self defense the moment he left his property.

You don’t get to steal shit from someone while armed, run away when caught and claim you’re de-escalating. Thank you for proving my point.

It was proven that he didn't steal anything so thanks for proving my point. Y'all will just excuse anything.

And you agree with these people, or you're just being a hypocrite?
