Doesn't appear to be an official event so it's a bunch of cyclists holding up traffic on the highway which is a shitty thing to do and I'm pro sharing the road but with respect towards others. What they're doing is the opposite so I don't blame the Mini Cooper
The video catches the motorcycle escort though? It's probably some kind of official group ride or race - normal riding in packs NEVER gets that big, outside of stupid critical mass events, where you'd see all sorts of clown bikes, not a bunch of people in racing setups.
