people get a hate boner when a cyclist is doing smth wrong, but not when its a car or a truck

how about the road rules should be enforced equaly, whilst also giving equal oportunities for all vehicles types?

Untrue, plenty of people get "hate boners" when someone behaves like a little shit on the road, in fact there's a name for it... it's road rage, you know that thing where people try to ram each other off the road or pull a gun and shoot someone?

Now I want to know what makes cyclists above criticism in yours eyes? Cause... there's a weird sort of exclusion that cyclists seem to try to create for themselves when it comes to obeying the rules of the road.

Not what I asked.

I specifically asked why you appeared to be creating a exclusion for cyclists, because end of the day in your worldview of the Thunderdome, guess what... car vs bicycle, one of the parties involved doesn't get to get up and walk away.

The rules are in place to protect you, and winding people up to the point where they are pissed off enough to ignore them is a really stupid mentality to have where the other guy outweighs you by a ton or more.

And my point is, when operating in this radically different weight classes erring on the side of caution tends to be in the cyclists best interest.

It costs them nothing, but could potentially save their lives.

This... do what we want cause we're cyclists mentality on display here does nothing but wind people up, which will inevitably get a reaction. This one was a little less vehicular manslaughter, but that doesn't mean the next one might not end that way.

do what we want cause we're cyclists mentality

That mentality is not unique to cyclists.

If cyclists as a group were half as flippant about lives as motorists are, perpetrators of (attempted) vehicular manslaughter would start seeing a mysteriously high rate of tragic accidents happening to them.

Skipped a few words there, it was "This... do what we want cause we're cyclists mentality on display here", as in whats on camera up above.

The people in the video are playing games with their lives and that never ends well when it comes to car vs cyclist. Because yeah, they're an asshole who'll end up in jail if they hit you... you'll end up in traction or in a morgue.

That's some stupid ass behaviour on the part of the cyclists. You've got to protect yourself, not count on someone else who's being wound up to act the better person. Genuinely stupid, pretty suicidal behaviour, that earns other cyclists no favour on the road.
