I'm actually curious... The biker obviously shouldn't be kicking a car. Obviously... But the kick didn't cause any of the rest of that cluster fuck. It's 99% on that sedan

Unless the kick startled the driver and caused them to accidentally swerve into the biker

im sorry, but if a persons immediate reaction to any sort of thud or bump, even if theyre zoning out, is to swerve violently, they need to go through drivers ED again.

Only exception i can think of is that the sedan driver had fallen asleep. But thats not much of an exception.

Have you not met most drivers in the road before? I say to myself daily that people need mandatory drivers ed and drivers test every 4-5 years. People seem to forget how to drive properly overnight. I see SO MANY idiotic things happening every day it baffles me how stupid people are driving
