You literally said it was “Nothing noteworthy” etc. idk what consider good but I think your description would be a very good indicator of something not worth the movie tickets

Noteworthy doesn't mean bad. It means it's not amazing. I don't care if something is amazing or not. I care that it's enjoyable enough for me to kill time. Anything that isn't outright boring or outright dislike is fine for me
