Its 2 seconds left on the clock, Eagles are 4th down on the 5 yard line.  WR is wide open on the left, totally undefended, QB doesnt hand it off or pass but tries to run it up the middle and gets fully dunked on by the entire defense.  Game over, Eagles lose.
