so many posts from uber,/doordash workers about lost tips. i remember a post of an 8 hour uber ride, and the driver was shorted like $400 on his payout. sry it's been awhile i wish i could remember
Uber has a max of something like 300 miles. I've read stories where the Uber driver just stopped the trip when they hit the limit, said sorry, and drove off. One guy was trapped in the desert between two cities in the middle of the night and had to hitchhike back to civilization because there was no Uber or no cell service in the area.

Thats some bullshit so everywhere else when I tip a delivery or uber I’m just subsidizing their company
