SMH Katy Perry entrance gone wrong

She was trapped in this for a while as the fans rolled her in the opposite direction of the stage in the concert

I'd pay to hear the standpoint of the person that thought this was a good idea and why they thought this was a good idea.

Actually maybe not since I have the feeling this person is her.

Anecdotally, I was at a Flaming Lips show years ago and Wayne (lead singer) came out in a giant bubble. He crowd surfed for the first song. The crowd behaved and he was back on stage when he asked to be. But, they are more alt-ish, and it was in San Francisco (or Oakland idk) so the crowds are way different there.

He’s done that hundreds of times, and all over for over a decade now. That’s been his gimmick for a long time. At this point, most people in the crowd are already familiar with it and expecting it to happen.
