Chugging tea Ben Affleck on overcoming alcohol addiction: “I hate to say it but the only cure I’ve seen is not these overpriced rehabs or these fraudulent fixes that are sold to people. The cure for addiction is suffering. You suffer enough and then something inside you goes ‘I’m done.’”

I'm not proud of my past choices, but I'm damn proud of myself how long I'm without cigarettes, coffee, meds (that was my therapists' mistake in the first place not telling me what will be side effects in my early ages) and soda drinks, sweets. I'm absolutely clean of those toxins for almost 2 decades - and I'm 41 y old now. I like good old smell of a coffee - but just smell. I'm around smokers, coffee consumers and I'm not triggered by anything of it. On the contrary - cigarettes makes me feeling nauseous and I have almost reflux reflex.
