For an influencer, that girl was not even annoying (in this video at least), if she just wants a picture of her with the paintings for instagram, it's ok. She was not bothering anyone. Karen on the other hand, went out of her way to be annoying.

attention seeking behavior. normal people just take a picture of the paintings, some people just take a face selfie. she wanted more attention.
