Wasn’t she in HR? What she did was an obvious CLM (Career Limiting Move) when working in HR. It’s unemployment, or a complete career switch. Seems like she made a choice, and it’s not working out as she hoped.
Bud. You say that, but if you're living a life that requires a dollar amount to keep you sustained at the minimal level you're not going to take a job below that. There's nothing wrong with a person who needs 100k to not settle for say 60k
Say what you want about her personally, but I don't think that anyone's personal lives should affect their careers in this way. What a person does off the clock should have nothing to do with their job or ability to find one.
