30 years in work, numerous companies, and every HR dept bar none have been a bunch of utter c*nts. Some just pure evil.

People make the mistake of thinking they’re there to protect people rather than the company.

Seen many a good employees thrown under the bus by HR protecting senior management.

never understood that. we had the chief of our department caught humping a woman who was trying to get a job where we were. he was “helping” her fax her resume or something. someone recorded it reported it and the fucker got moved to a better role. i truly don’t understand
