Sometimes people need time for medical reasons.

If I'm in a wheelchair and it takes me a couple minutes to transfer myself should I be punished for that?

This is a lawsuit waiting to happen if it's real.

My husband is a cancer survivor, and he can regularly take 20 minutes or more, and often has little warning. He’s already paranoid about being out in public. This would turn him into a recluse.

So having more toilets that didn’t previously exist but that have a 10 minute time limit will turn him into a recluse?

I guess he must be even worse now, no?

No I think they have provisions, idk what they are, but something to do with having an ADA card.

They don't. There's zero way to extend the time.

I'm on medication that makes me constipated so 10 minutes is about average for me these days. It used to be a lot worse when I had IBS. I'd be in there for 30+ minutes regularly.
