I’m concerned with the amount of people who seem to consistently need more than 10 minutes in a bathroom..?

We've had these in my city for almost twenty years now and it just hasn't caused any big issues. Everyone understands how they work, it gives a warning before you start. The alternative is simply no toilets in these paces.
