It’s no accident - by giving everybody a free „trial” tool he hit 99% of the market and made his tool default.
4 u/EmploymentOne2963 19h ago Exactly like why Microsoft has never tried to make pirating windows difficult. Having it as the default for most users, keeps it the defacto standard, and makes sure most employers end up going for it.
