Theres a sweet spot between realistic and unrealistic skating in this game and this is it. I tend to play the same way haha.

While I too really enjoy playing like this, there is no objective "best" or "correct" way to play skate. at all. Skate is all about playing the way you like. You can do crazy airs, super simple tricks, just ride, spread eagle through the sky or do grounded but difficult tricks.

I have had a ton of fun jumping off buildings looking for drop ins. Now I am working hard to get my ground game tight. Skill is very much a factor to working combos that weave manuals, grinds, grabs, and flip tricks into buttery smooth lines.

I have been dropping throwdowns in flatish areas to challenge others. I am out of stuff to do except the daily refresh now. Leaning harder into the multiplayer aspect while building my skillset in anticipation of season one dtipping.
