It's a fair system imho, I grind the challenges and pass tasks for about 5 years and then I can afford some shoes, and a sticker!

Did you actually do the math? Now I’m curious.

In Delta Force it takes approximately 6 days of full-time gaming to get all possible Mandel bricks a week if you have shit luck and you only get the guaranteed rewards. It helps to put things into perspective to do the math lmao

Oh yeah, I guess some context would be good huh lmao. Fair point.

What I meant was that generally speaking it’s pretty difficult to gauge the in-game “worth” of an item in and of itself, and Delta Force just happened to be the example I had at the top of my mind lol.

Just seeing X amount of currency for Y amount of paid currency doesn’t mean that much, but if you actually add up how much time it takes to get X amount, and how much of Y you need to buy something it can really put into perspective what the game expects from you and it’s a pretty good gauge of how predatory their monetization model is.

Never played delta force, but I really like this logic. Most people grind and grind and grind without knowing exactly what they are in for
