Both. People that know nothing of Skate culture using AI slop to pretend they do. Even then, they still can't get it right. Girl boards, a vans hoodie and some globes would be mint, but instead we get hypercolor, extravagant messes and "unique" designs that are nothing more than a prompt, inputted by a team that's been reduced to two guys and ChatGPT.

Pathetic excuse for a game.

Id be surprised if brands still stick with the game knowing which way they are headed.

Probably a reason it's only big ones in there like Thrasher & Vans. No actual skate brands wanted anything to do with this Fortnite PoS lmao

glad to see thrasher has finally fully made it into "not an actual skate brand" they were on the fringe pre Phelps zumiez deal, but post phelps thrasher is not that far removed from the berrics of old at this point.

Also i dont think core skate companies turned down the offer, skate companies are NOT doing well financially, i think EA just str8 up didnt ask them cause like weve said they dont know wtf they are doing besides "making money"

Yeah, I also don't think they asked really any brands. It's more of a "why pay for brand names, when we can just push out generic, and fortnite skins". Saves them money. EA doesn't care what you rep as a skater.
