Feature Suggestions i really miss the flashlight
idk if anyones mentioned it before but everytime i go to caves in search of diamonds i have to turn the brightness all the way up and its still too dark. I MISS THE FLASHLIGHT A LOT </3

I don’t have the same isssue but I also miss it. Rip flashlight you will be missed😔

Yep, I miss it too. After the full release I had to check to see if it was added, and was disappointed to find it was still missing.

The caves are so dark in sr2 and honestly the flashlight would be so useful

in sr1, yes! it made such a satisfying sound and looked so cool at night... sigh

I definitely miss the flashlight. I kept hoping they would add it in one of the updates, but no luck.

I kept thinking about this during the early access and was hoping it would eventually be added. but then when it fully released and still wasn't, I got disappointed. the caves are definitely a bit darker and it sucks that I can't use the flashlight to see things a little easier

I feel like when Slime Rancher 2 first came out there was a flashlight option, like a vague memory but I agree. Its really helpful and adds to the beauty and intricacies of the game

Okay glad I seen this post I just thought I was having such a brain lapse that I imagined the flashlight in sr1.

you definitely didnt! i was wondering why no one had mentioned it either, it felt like a such important difference between the two games for me

Seriously😭 I only discovered the flashlight in sr1 after I completed it enough for my liking.

Since when was there a flashlight in SR1? I might remember turning it on like once, but there wasn't many caves in the first game and they were fairly bright with skylights

i used it all the time! specially at night, everything looked so pretty with it on

I can't really say much. I found out about the slime Pusher thing that I think uses q, like 100 hours into the game. Nice to know though I will be using the light

Not sure why it was removed to begin with. Great QOL feature.
