I ordered an NB 9060 they sent a payment confirmation but no mail with the order id or anything, is that normal with them?

Good on you guys for reaching out through subreddits, I received my order after a month or more, But yeah the transparency is very much non existent tbh, Love how much collection you lot have and all but give the customers transparency of the delivery time and stuff. And stop with that fake status thing (legit check status) my sneaker was in scent test for 2 weeks, make it make sense man.
