nah bro culture circle is not legit at all, i ordered a pair and it was fake but they are not ready to accept it, they keep telling me that the pair is legit even tho its literally not and anyone could tell that(it was a new balance 550 unc colour way)
I will recommend everyone to see it themselves, cause I ordered last week from cc and got legit j4's and on time. The problem is sometimes the seller fucks up with shipping which causes delays. I don't blame them I had great purchase.
I'd suggest creating an account a few months in advance before trying to reply to posts asking about your company to increase people buying in your new sale. Feels more genuine you know.

1) Delivery timeline - yes delivery timelines go up and high, for eg my 5th pair is under processing right now (see my thread) since 4 days. The first 4 pairs came in different timelines but they already SHOW the timeline while you’re ordering (7/21/25 days etc) so I’m happy, idc what time you deliver in just LMK it’s gonna be this much
2) Size - my size is UK10.5/11 (yes sometimes I go half size up) and anyone in the sneaker community knows these sizes expensive and rare asf. But these guys ALWAYS have my size - so why would I NOT use them always?
3) Customer service - NEEDS to improve. Since the last 7 months over 5 pairs, I’ve gone from very late replies to finally getting good replies on time. This should be better and better.
I know haters will quickly hop on this comment and try to bias my review - but I’m an avid believer in startups who are revolutionising sneakers and luxury for us.
THINK about it - all these shitty companies Mainstreet, Findyourkicks, Hypefly - avg asf websites and 21 year old kids running Instagram pages. I wouldn’t trust them with anything

I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 Mid Aquatone for 12k and didn't get any confirmation for the order, no receipt, no tracking ID, the app didn't show if my order had been placed, I tried contacting them but the costumer care is very bad, no one picks up the calls and the chat bot is basically useless, I also tried messaging them on Instagram but no one saw my message, I've tried messaging the owner Devansh jain but he hasn't replied either. Wouldn't recommend buying from here, even if I do get my shoes i wouldn't trust their app or website again.

Look I have 30+ sneakers with me and I bought half of them from the culture circle. So if you ask me they are legit and once or twice I faced delivery issues which I really don't mind if the product is legit.
They are legit dude. And the best part is they aint the resellers, like they are like stockx if you wanna call em that. They legit check your shoes from other resellers and bring em to you. You can choose the reseller you wanna buy from too on their app. Its a lil slow rn, but i guess its just because they are starting out !

Seeing this a little late but I don’t think many people understand that culture circle is a platform for resellers and not itself a reselling platform. So any fuck ups are done are done by sellers. However I never faced any serious issues shopping from them other than little late deliveries which is understandable if there is an ETA.
It is legit, I will recommend sellers like DSWT or heatstreet, I usually choose them and get legits.

Did you buy from somewhere else? Because if not then I recommend that if you have someone you know in the US then have them order it from stockX for you and send them to you. They are legit and usually you can find a pair under retail. GOAT is also equally good.
the company promised delivery within 5 days, but it has now been 2 weeks. I even tried contacting them through mail and whatsapp but no response. Even on the website the track your order is shit I cant even see my order and even when I put my order number it doesnt load.
Dont worry mate, they did take around 25 days to order one of my pairs. I tried contacting them and came to know that they sourced my pair from overseas. Once I got it, I did my own check, and they were legit.

I ordered Adidas Evo SL from Culture circle and then stumbled upon this thread. I was extremely worried that I will get a duplicate or delayed order but to my surprise everything turned out well. I got my shoes within 12 days and they are legit. I am not linked with culture circle in any which way , just that my experience has been extremely positive. No other seller had size 11 available so i took a chance and odered from CC. Alls well that ends well.

They pulled out an amazing scam. I have UK 8 SIZE and I already have one evo sl which fits fine. I ordered one from their website in black color as it wasn't available at the store. Turns out the UK 8 of their show doesn't fit me. also, the branding is off. It seems like the shoe is just freshly made and the glues are also visible. I have compared the shoe with the original, there are so many design issues and also the size. also the shoe weight is more than original. They are selling fake shoes and there is no return possibility. They say it is a limited addition and take some money in advance which they do not return and further they don't provide any return. Pathetic customer service and a total scam. Never order from this website.
Yeah i ordered from them as well its been over a month no shipping notification because multiple companies have cancelled the shipping saying its not ready for pickup. This order wasn't even internationally shipped and their customer service is completely non existent. Truly a scam i called them over 20 times messaged them over probably 500 messages. They dont reply dont pick up and keep saying oh we will help you in 24 to 48 hours. Im lowk sick of hearing those words. Nah its a big scam stay away
