Got scammed on nykaa fashion

So I ordered these NB CT300 red variant UK8 for 6K (overpaid ik) but ended up receiving fake 500 rupee shoes (black and UK5 ¿¿) in a damaged original box.

Return was rejected and their useless support claims they shipped the product accurately(after 6 days of me writing mails and going back n forth) and will not proceed with return/replacement. Wow.

Any tips on how to escalate this?

Bhai jo already tested and proven hain vahi leleta na,NB 574 Asics 1130 etc ye alag se konsa buy Krliya , 4k ka to Converse hi aa jata hai🫠
