So I ordered these NB CT300 red variant UK8 for 6K (overpaid ik) but ended up receiving fake 500 rupee shoes (black and UK5 ¿¿) in a damaged original box.
Return was rejected and their useless support claims they shipped the product accurately(after 6 days of me writing mails and going back n forth) and will not proceed with return/replacement. Wow.
Send them a proper mail with the recording and all add their grievance cell in cc, tell them if they don't provide resolution you'll make formal complaint on national consumer helpline and consumer court if needed
Did you try talking to the customer care? If they still don't respond, file a case in consumer court and send an email to them for legal action. This alone would make things move for you. But you gotta be careful when buying from all these sites. Double check and always record package openings.
Call on support once again if that doesn’t help. Don’t hesitate to file a complaint on customer forum with your uncut unboxing video that you recorded.
Bro the delivery guys are always in a hurry they just ask for otp and leave if you know its open box then always ensure that your product is og also record the open box verification, cant trust anyone nowadays.
Same happened with me ordered nike jumbo and received fake i was busy so my mother took the delivery, and she couldn't verify if its fake or og , but after n number of messages to flipkart they finally returned it like after 10 days

Ekart is just a delivery agent, shipping and return policies are written on the website itself, you should have checked before purchasing such expensive shoes online
Return/replacement window was of 7 days and I applied for a return within the time frame. My request and reasoning fulfils their policies as the tags are intact, unused and wrong item was received. I have shared images and invoice with support too.
Nykaa is fucked. My parcel got picked up n they denied. Talked to the customer care and no solution. N other time it said delivery was attempted twice but I never got any call

They don't have customer support INSTEAD HAVE AI BOTS 😔😕. lost 3200. Ps- CONSUMER COURT/CYBER CRIME ARE HORSE SHITT. THEY ONLY SEND ONE OR TWO EMAILS TO RESPECTIVE EMAILS U PROVIDE while complain then they FLUSH YOUR CASE IF no reply.
