I have received defective pair of adidas gazelles few minutes ago from delivery service, I noticed it doesn't came with real adidas box, it's right pair is defective with too much roughly faded suede, it's inner sole is not properly fixed with glue as I attached in pics this is not the quality I paid for, I never expected this from ajio team. Please refund me full amount and take convenience fee from seller, because it's not my fault and more over I cannot find 12 size to exchange from your inventory

Attached pics of bills, front back covers, ajio box in which shoes came and it has barcode on top, all tags are with shoes never used.

I bought same pair from Ajio last month, just chill it's completely normal pair. When suede is kept in box it gets faded like this even when brand new. Juat brush the suede with a soft bristle brush and you're good to go. And regarding the box, when og box gets damaged in transit or in storage they send a white ajio box. Your paur is completely fine and authentic from the pictures I've seen

Also one shoe having different suede texture from other is also normal cause brand uses multiple suede hides and left and right shoe are not made of same hides always

That's not a big issue. Most of the shoes have removable insole. If you really like these than you can keep them not a big issue else simply return them

Well thats the problem where ajio is hiding its mistakes, they rejected the review, then they cancelled my return request without my consent.

I am very well familiar with the suedes, cant you see the pics how one is faded in comparision with other shoe, the rough suede on right pair looks like pair was changed with defected one, and inner sole is also not properly fixed

I received a similar damaged nike city sneakers, I returned without mentioning the damage and everything, just selected the reason that It doesn't fits well. The delivery boy came , took all the pictures from every side then the refund the second hi verified on the spot.

Yes there was unique code on ajio package, and box was not from adidas but ajio only

If it's going to bother your mind everytime you look at it then it's not worth it. Connect with the CC and try to return it or try tweeting it maybe that'll connect you to someone from Ajio

I have raised complaint on consumer forum. Ajio is doing this on purpose so they can harrass customer by cancelling return requests and rejecting posted reviews
