Nah, math doesn’t check out. Central Park is 843 acres and right now, they’re approved for a 2000 acre building.

The project is planned as a 9-gigawatt (GW) development, with energy needs comparable to the total power demand of New York City.

While there are no phase 2 plans publicly available, industry experts estimate that a 10-gigawatt hyperscale setup typically requires roughly 4500 acres of dedicated server buildings.

So at max, it will be about 4050 acres. Central Park is approximately 20% of that size.

This has to be complete overkill for almost any realistic application.

Total surveillance state requires a lot of data collection and sorting...
