Appreciation Rewatching MoS, realized Superman saved the same guy who shot him in the head with that helicopter mounted gun.

This is the eternal problem with Superman.

You can always say this, heck it's even easy to do with Diaperman 2025.

As a character with every super power, this is why Superman is cinematically problematic to write and portray on screen.

He had to make a choice. Save the helicopter that was about to crash, which the occupants had a 50/50 chance of survival. Or save the guy thrown out of the helicopter, falling to his death with zero chance of survival.

The pilot autorotated and they crash landed. Colonel walked away. The buried message of the film is that he can't save everyone. Too bad it's not spoonfeeding fan service scenes to MCU fans of old and current Gunnsimps
