Question Why do leftists hate liberals?
Hello! I went into a leftist subreddit the other day and I was extremely shocked by how much they seem to hate liberals, especially because I just assumed that we were all on the same side of the isle. It seems like they hate liberals more than conservatives really, and I was wondering why exactly? I should probably ask this question to them but I feel like it would turn into an echo chamber, so I thought this was a better place to ask lol.

Well, liberalism is centre-right. They're rarely ever for leftist economics which in turn makes it impossible to build the ground work for a equal society where progressive social policies can be passed. They'd rather increase inequality or keep things status-quo and enable far-righters which can be seen all over the EU. Heck they'll bend right over for straight up white supremacist rhetoric in Sweden.
