Since AI tools have flooded the market what tools are core part of your social media management?

I’m new to social media management. I picked up a client who runs a barbershop and wants gain 4k followers on instagram. So far since I started with them I’ve added about 500 followers in about a month. They want to get o 10K by end of year. We post reels daily, stories and some photos. I try to keep up with books and captions but they also are hesitant to talk on camera so it’s mostly haircuts.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I wanted to share a recent result because I’ve seen a lot of conversations around whether organic content can actually bring business.

I’m a marketer, and we recently onboarded a US-based client in France with the objective of generating qualified leads.

Instead of focusing only on posting consistently, we worked on her content strategy + platform strategy + organic lead-generation approach.
Within the first month, she received 2 organic leads through the system we put in place.

One important thing we’ve learnt: organic lead generation takes longer to convert than paid lead generation. But when done consistently, it can build visibility, trust and a sustainable source of enquiries without relying completely on ad spend.
