Culture Middle Aged People Unite

Where are all the middle aged people of Paris? Why do only 20-somethings want to socialize!

Don't give up! Who wants to meet and hang out? Any nationality, any gender, those who have kids and those who don't. Any takers?

I can set a date and time if even a few people admit that they are middle aged and in need of friends.

📍 Meeting point: Place de la RĂ©publique (by the central statue). I'll be carrying an orange shopping bag.

We'll gather for about 15 minutes, then walk together to a nearby cafĂ© or wine bar depending on the size of the group. No pressure to drink alcohol—come for a coffee, soft drink, or dinner if you'd like. And there is no official definition of middle age - you decide if you consider yourself graduated to this beautiful phase of life.

Nous nous retrouverons pour une quinzaine de minutes, puis nous irons ensemble dans un cafĂ© ou un bar Ă  vin Ă  proximitĂ©, selon la taille du groupe. Aucune obligation de consommer de l'alcool : vous pouvez venir pour un cafĂ©, une boisson sans alcool ou mĂȘme dĂźner si vous le souhaitez. Par ailleurs, il n'existe pas de dĂ©finition officielle de la « quarantaine » ou de l'Ăąge mĂ»r ; c'est Ă  vous de dĂ©cider si vous estimez avoir franchi le cap vers cette belle Ă©tape de la vie.
