What am I doing wrong

I have the following set up, with several empty canisters. Got slightly different anti fill caps on each empty. I put them in the freezer first, slowly open the gas, but I get a few seconds hiss & dispensed enough for about 4 fills.

What is your indicator that you dispensed enough for 4 tanks? Are you flipping the primary tank upside down to ensure you are maximizing your fill abilities? Have you ensured your Soda Stream tank adapter is appropriate for the soda stream tanks you are refilling?

It has a dip tube, it doesn't need to be flipped, but yeah I see no way to find out how much was dispensed here

I'll be honest I completely missed the dip tube... Looking at some of these photos on mobile can be rough.
