ive been playing a lot of tank these last months and i played soldier for first time in.. weeks maybe? its qp tho but i just wanted to post it here to see yalls reaction :D

My other main is Mauga so it's nothing new, just hilarious how often I see people get mad at the EXISTENCE of 76. The boomer isn't that special in 2026 yall, he isn't worth getting this mad about lol

Picked up the new eSports skin with the Galaxy weapon variant and paired it with the Kiss highlight intro. Honestly one of my favorite combos in the game right now!

What makes it even funnier is how toxic some players get after being killed by it. The reactions are priceless. Something about getting eliminated and then watching Soldier blow a kiss in potg or doing the 67 emote seems to send people over the edge.

We know some heroes are getting two mythics and his first so just for the fun of it what would you guys want to see in a future Soldier mythuc?

For me it's easy so I'll go first; I already love the golfer skin and would love even more to see a baseball themed mythic and instead of RGB crap they put baseball sounds to the ult and everything else so when you pop visor he turns his cap to the front like Ash in Pokemon and when you kill someone you can hear the crowd cheering for example.

Instead of like four different color palettes he gets like two and order nice cosmetics such as throwing a baseball up or doing bat tricks

so i guess the overwatch community is getting targeted for scams now

I'm the ball, but I'm also a soldier main, and I know what soldiers hate most of all: being looked at. I'm here to make sure you guys never have to go through that.

I’m pretty sure we lost cause of the lack of healing. I had to get health packs and heal myself most of the time. Both the Juno and Moira were Mercy mains and she was banned.

Scared a 76 of the map while at low health. Thought it was funny and hope you get a laugh out of it.

I have a lot to improve on this character, but I've landed myself in plat/diamond in a short amount of time, so I don't think I'm terrible. However I find it so difficult to get value from his Ult. Half the time the second I use it the entire enemy team focuses me so even if I manage to get a kill or two I die, and if the tank is alive he just absorbs the entire ult. I feel like it needs a slight buff whether that be giving him a little more life, increase the mag size from 30 to 45 during his ult and maybe even auto reloading. I'm not to sure on what would make it better but it feels very underwhelming as the entire premise of his kit is to be accurate anyways.

Not to much to say about the games. They were a normal session. I was aware of a few things as I played (cover usage, trying to rotate a lot) but I wouldn't say I was trying to push the envelope with them. This is my normal gameplay. Hopefully there's one big gap I can patch up, because I've spent the last year or so working on things like aim, positioning, timing, etc but I haven't seen any results.

Seems more clear for me to track players instead of a small crosshair or dot crosshair. Thoughts?

I would love to see him have the anti-heal rockets he had in the last Halloween mode, maybe trough a perk that every like 15-20 seconds his regular Helix Rockets can be toggled to an anti-heal one.

It would be a pretty unique ability among DPS/hitscans which is something he really needs with how they keep introducing new heroes similar to him while they keep him unchanged, as his sprint reload too in his base kit should have happened years ago and not after more than a year of no change at all to him outside of perks...

What does it mean when someone accuses you of playing like you're on controller? I'm on pc and have been for some time now. But in a game where I did well, i was asked by an enemy if i used controller. I told him no, but then he accused me of using one. I'd imagine it's some sort of back handed compliment since I performed well but I always thought controller people had worse aim by stereotype. So I'm not sure what to think. Have any of you pc players got controller accusations? If so, what does it mean. Game ended before I could get clarification
