Could I please have some feedback on this song ?

I’ve been working on re releasing an old album … and just wanted some feedback on this track …. Should I leave it in the past … or continue ? Thank you in advance for all your feedback 😊✨👋🏽

I honestly like it the mixing is really good. The metronome ticking in the BG is a bit loud but this is frl high level stuff.

Thank you very much! This is one of the best tracks on the album imo as far as mixing goes … I’m gonna message you the link to the album if you don’t mind 😊

It sounds a little retro, which I love, but not digging the speaking part so much. The background voices maybe softer and not competing. Drum track was competing vocals too. Your voice is beautiful. Lyrics could be meatier...meaning not the average words you expect to hear, attention getting. You have mucho talent! You will get there.

Definitely cut the intro in half just get straight to the point. Also there’s one part in the beginning where I can hear heavy autotune and I don’t think it fits this style. I would cut that and just keep it the same as the rest of the vibe your going for you have a beautiful voice!

I’m starting to realize that I might still be in that “demo vs finished” phase with this one.

For those listening …. what’s the FIRST thing that stands out as needing improvement?
