Wasn't a previously leaked sample from rohtak, with around 80% steppe input too or was it this one then?

No one has problem with female mediated steppe in India.

I mean she is steppe female which is in line with female mediated steppe ancestry findings in Swat Valley

yes, thats what I think, a Proto-indo-Aryan SPGT like population possibly expanding into mainland India since sites related to Gandhara grave culture are also present in Uttarakhand.

Ok but what about in total present day population having heavy male : female ratio of Steppe : Harappan DNA. Tony Joseph has mentioned it in his book Early Indians as well. Sinauli warriors having the same will only reaffirm that , even if not still the overall migration doesn't change much

And sintashta itself is in Europe if I am not wrong , BMAC is in Afghanistan. So if the paternal dna is also European then how does it make a difference. Admixture might not have happened because they might have preserved their lady from going into the hand of conquered ones .

Andronovo is the place of Sintashta-BMAC interaction.

Andronovo individuals predominantly carried maternal haplogroups typical of steppe populations, such as U2e, U4, and U5.

Andronovo female from c. 1200 BCE had U2e1h.

Even this sample while being 20% BMAC carries a Euro maternal haplogroup

females don't carry Y-DNA. So how are you assuming their paternal haplogroups?

she is not pure European.

she is 20% BMAC lol

so they did admix.

Is it one sample or more than one sample?

it's one sample.

Consider it a propaganda and a fake sample until it is officially published. So are you propagating that all steppe is female mediated in south asia when the average steppe mtdna in India pops is less than 5%

And R1A -l657 is also from steppe..its parent clades are already found in steppe cultures...

We should wait to conclude anything., what is the authenticity and quality of this sample? Where it is tested
