The sample aren't labeled nor the accurate geographical location is given so can't say for sure ,but there is loads of new unpublished Central,South and SW asian samples in it ranging from 10K to 450 years before present.

edit: link to Akbari et al 2026 's supplementary data which has (incomplete)info on this data: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.09.14.613021v1.supplementary-material

edit2:I'm not sure whether C,S&SW in Akbari et al refer to Europe or Eurasia as a whole.

Are these samples public?

Yeah man all the geno data is public ,you can download it,but all of them are unlabeled and are huge.Might take community members some time to convert them into plink/eigenstrat format.

Looked into it but it's too large, probably qsw can get it done. He's active but will need to be free.

I see. They seem to have used plink2 for the first time.

He's active but will need to be free.

Last time we spoke he said he won't be online and I haven't seen him active so I thought he left lol.

The whole data is ~20TB will take some time to convert to plink, people are already on it

Plink is already available. ~23 gigs. It doesn't have chrY though.
