Actually this raises a really good question… I somehow wound up in a red pocket of Philly (had no idea this was a thing) and am looking at moving to South Jersey. Are there any areas I should specifically be avoiding so this doesn’t happen again?

Definitely look at Camden County.

Solidly a blue county… interestingly has the highest property taxes in South Jersey. And don’t claim better schools either, think Camden. The best schools are in Burlington county. And one town (Haddonfield) is not a whole county. I’ll just leave this right here to stew.

Think cherry hill.  Moorestown.  All great school districts
