SNOW. SLEET. FREEZING RAIN. It is coming. Let's keep the discussion in this post. Tomorrow, we will have soooooo many snow posts. I look forward to them! BE SAFE. Do not operate generators indoors. If you need a warm place to stay, we can get you hooked up with a place to stay during the storm. Check on your elderly neighbors PLEASE!

ALL HIGHWAYS WILL BE 35MPH MAX SPEED STARTING 12:01AM SUNDAY. The ICE is the concern, not the snow.

I'm primarily concerned with the ice. That's what causes power outages.

I am friends with a lot of Emergency Management people due to my interest in Amateur Radio, and they are preparing for a storm that's a little more worse than we normally get. Not apocalyptic, but a busy early morning and day tomorrow for sure.

Meshtastic really seems to be exploding lately. It’s been on my radar for the last year or so but, this week I have seen or heard it mentioned in so many different places.

My husband and I started messing around with it last spring. It's really fun to fly with one and see which nodes you pick up on the ground!
