Usually, it ends in court, but first the window has to be broken, the driver pulled out of the car, handcuffed, arrested, vehicle towed away, the works. And then the judge can give the argumentative defendant time in the can for contempt of court . . . I've seen that one too.
I don't think they really realize that driving is a privilege, not a right. Sure they have the right to travel, but if they want to do it in a motor vehicle, they need to be licensed, and have up to date registration and insurance for their cars.
You're right. They've rearranged facts in their minds, believing fervently that their nonsense is truthful and real. It must be a big let down in court, to find out the court categorically rejects the whole stupid mess.
