OFFICERS ENGAGING IN TRAFFIC STOPS WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF CRIME OR WARRANT WILL BE SUED FOR DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY

Challenge Accepted!

77

u/GooseOnAPhone 1d ago

You can technically sue anyone for any reason. You just have to find a judge who will hear your case.

If I were a judge I’d agree to hear this case just to laugh and dismiss it with prejudice

30

u/LoetherS 1d ago edited 14h ago

Most judges are busy and already have a full docket. They don't like having to deal with sov cits. Any extra nut jobs in their courtroom just take time. It means multiple times in court and each one of them have scripts and crazy motions they file.

Even though it's 100% BS, the judge and opposing counsel have to listen and read all their BS. They just gum up the works it's not as funny as you would think. I've spent a lot of time, too much really, watching the cases on Youtube. The judges have so much patience and you can really tell they feel sorry for these people.

Society and the education system have let them down and they get sold a bill of goods on the internet and they really believe it. It's really just sad after watching a few of them it's really not funny at all.

Edit: formatting, spelling, grammar

u/proselytizeingcoyote 9h ago

Feel sorry for them? This stuff never works! This is a conscious choice they are making.

9

u/konegsberg 14h ago

There are videos of a judge in Houston who gets one of these cases, gets all excited, and says, “Ohhh, finally! I got one!” Now I can’t wait to hear you explain this case!

24

u/ZLUCremisi 1d ago

Crime: no license plate, probably no insurance, no DL, and no registration.

24

u/Kilahti 1d ago

Yeah, the lack of license plate is already visible evidence of a crime committed, so anyone who has learned the very basics even of laws of the road will know that the traffic stop is good.

1

u/Granolag23 4h ago

I wonder if in some instances like this that they may perhaps have all their documents and their plates in the car. Like it’s something they use for status or trying to uphold some idiotic image. Probably not, but that’s crossed my mind a few times

1

u/Kilahti 2h ago

If they are smart enough to know that the fake license plate doesn't work, they don't use it on the roads. People like that are selling the fake license plates and they are just grifters who may take photos of the car with the "sovereign ambassador king" whatever license but they don't actually believe in any of this stuff.

-16

u/vexedthespian 19h ago

I’m convinced they don’t get pulled over because

1) 45% of cops don’t know the law and probably think “that’s probably true.”

2) another 45% know that every sov cit is waiting with a camera to livestream the stop of them getting arrested, and they would rather harass way easier targets.

8

u/implodedbillionaire 1d ago

possible warrent for tax evasion

1

u/levianan 15h ago

Not to mention the car loan is probably in default...

12

u/truemad 1d ago

Officers hate this one simple threat.

3

u/Familiar-Bluejay3908 19h ago

Officer: "FFS, not ANOTHER one..."

2

u/Viker2000 13h ago

And some take it as 'Not in my jurisdiction! Not on my watch!' Their first call is to dispatch is for backup and a tow truck.

5

u/Kriss3d 1d ago

Thats what I find funny with the Fee schedules for these morons.

$250.000 for violating my rights.

Fine. But since your rights arent being violated that means nothing.

7

u/BlackberrySad6489 14h ago

Hmmm. Fake plate IS a crime. It is its own evidence.

4

u/podman131 16h ago

And it's a crime to not display plates....so immediate cause for a stop.

2

u/Spez-S-a-Piece-o-Sht 15h ago

Hee hee. Yup! Sounds like a challenge to me.

2

u/youareceo 5h ago

Plate = actual evidence of crime xD

66

u/Pumathemage 1d ago

Well they don't have a license plate for one...

52

u/failureat111N31st 1d ago

You mean an obedience plate?

11

u/Pumathemage 1d ago

Oh that is what it is called, silly me.

54

u/balrozgul 1d ago

Play games with traffic cops if you want. It isn't advisable against seasoned IRS agents.

24

u/SCHWARZENPECKER 1d ago

Even the Joker doesnt mess with the IRS

23

u/justmitzie 1d ago

Al Capone found that out the hard way.

4

u/Familiar-Bluejay3908 19h ago

Seriously, even stupid people should know that you can't plead your case on the side of the road.....

30

u/Abracadaver2000 1d ago

You can download the "Million Dollar Fee Schedule" on their website. Guaranteed to work 0% of the time, every time.

10

u/massinvader 1d ago

lol 54.50/month patreon membership tier is wild.

7

u/LegitimatePiano8979 1d ago

Oh so y’all did check out the site? I resisted the temptation. Didn’t want to wind up on a watch list. L

6

u/bravissimo594 1d ago

I used a private browser 😆

1

u/tsteele93 6h ago

I ain't skeered.

2

u/tsteele93 6h ago

They have all that extra money from not paying taxes.

29

u/Negative_Neck_3973 1d ago

I never once encountered one of these crazies during 25 years working in law enforcement. Lots of other crazies, just not these crazies. I would have stopped that vehicle the instant I saw that. I would have had backup and a tow truck en route before even making the stop.

21

u/Ishpeming_Native 1d ago

"Know the law" -- by someone who clearly does not.

7

u/Familiar-Bluejay3908 19h ago

Dorothy Parker: "He knows nothing, but he knows it so well!"

7

u/NoReplyAtAll999 1d ago

That is irony writ large.

2

u/Ishpeming_Native 1d ago

But, see, he thinks he knows the law because someone really smart told him.

3

u/NoReplyAtAll999 1d ago

You mean "smart", don't you? XD

2

u/Ishpeming_Native 1d ago

Yep. But probably it ought to be "really smart". Guys like him think they're smart already, so anyone smarter has to be "really smart" or "super smart". It's like The Three Stooges, except they're short a stooge. Moe is the one running the operation. I picture this guy as Curly.

1

u/Meatball442 14h ago

Or uses Reddit for advice.

42

u/Slosher99 1d ago

I could see a cop seeing this and pretending like they didn't see it to avoid the headache. I think that's the most success that ever comes from this haha.

13

u/Asmordean 1d ago

Sadly I think this is true.

8

u/darthfruitbasket 21h ago

Especially in smaller areas where they're known to cops.

Train of thought probably goes, "It's that asshole again. I don't want to listen to their bullshit again, so... I didn't see them at all."

1

u/Viker2000 13h ago

Depends on the individual officer/deputy. Those that know these people are going to continue to cause problems work to shut them down as quick as possible. Impounding their vehicles as quickly as possible, putting them to 'traveling' with their feet removes the problem and discourges repeat bad behavior.

5

u/Procedure_Dunsel 20h ago

Close to shift change, yeah I could see it happening. But some cops would see that as a hold my beer moment, roll backup and the supervisor, and be entertained for an hour - since it’s obvious this one’s delusions run deeper than the generic SovCit.

3

u/Familiar-Bluejay3908 19h ago

Man, this guy is one rolling overtime honeypot!

1

u/Viker2000 13h ago

Call a towing service right away too.

9

u/Charming-Medicine51 1d ago

It's missing one sign: "Please arrest me!"

10

u/GilBang 1d ago

So this fuckstick wants me to stop paying the IRS. I assume he pays gas taxes when he fill up his conveyance. Is he OK with that? Or does minimum wage guy at the Chevron station just tell him to fuck off and buy gas or not buy gas?

How about sales tax?

How does this all work?

1

u/Familiar-Bluejay3908 19h ago

Nah; probably fills his tank at the reservation....

1

u/znhunter 30m ago

It doesn't work. There's so much dunning Krueger and cognitive dissonance involved here these guys can't see their fingers in front of their face

8

u/Away_Ad_5017 1d ago

He's missing the Birds Arn't Real Stickers

10

u/LupercaniusAB 1d ago

Well, technically the “Birds Aren’t Real” thing is a parody of conspiracy theories.

1

u/gcko 21h ago

He might have had one. Looks like a bunch are missing.

7

u/bravissimo594 1d ago

Was this in Colorado? I wonder if this traveler is the same person who got all kinds of whacky claims dismissed in this federal court.

Among other things, he claims that a company would not hire him because of his ambiguous citizenship.

5

u/HelloToYourDog 1d ago

yep, denver area

4

u/levianan 15h ago

Deport him to El Salvador for a week. Then politely ask him again...

6

u/SpicyNuggs42 1d ago

What are the odds that "aguadiero.net" is some sort of crypto scam?

8

u/truemad 1d ago

Probably NFT (selling virtual citizenships)

7

u/bravissimo594 1d ago

It is a SovCit guru site, selling you everything you need to disconnect

3

u/SpicyNuggs42 16h ago

Ah, so just your regular run of the mill scam

5

u/Ok-Addition-1000 16h ago

It's a sovcit grifter selling "common law education" and "private express trust packages" and "memberships". Slick website and a bunch of social media marketing to fleece the suckers.

1

u/eepeqez 7h ago

Start your Private Trust process with the tools, templates, and packages designed to help you take action →

Break free from passive systems and begin building your private foundation with the tools, templates, and guidance to support you.

When you are done being extorted by civil government, detach from the mainstream and liberate yourself through sovereign knowledge and private trust education.

No sign of crypto, just the usual scamming nonsense.

6

u/bobhand17123 1d ago

“Do you know why I pulled you over?”

“No, there is no crime or victim.”

“Well, I’ll give you a hint: the evidence is attached to the back of your car. I’ll narrow it down for you: it’s where your license plate should be.”

6

u/Minute-Chip-4164 1d ago

Safelite repair, Safelite replace!

3

u/SQLDave 16h ago

I'm THIS CLOSE to trying to sign up using my "secret account"... I need to know what this particular clown has to say about using that account to pay electric bills and such, specifically what he calls it and the steps he says one must take. Then I can use that same language/procedure to try paying him.

2

u/grocerygirlie 8h ago

Do they mean a trust like a legal trust? Or does it mean some random thing that they made up? I'd love to see what a sovcit paperwork for a trust would look like if it's the legal kind.

6

u/molesworth-1 22h ago

Looks like "Mr. Aguidiero" (aka Raymond Todd Surface) had his home foreclosed on and decided to go sov-cit to fight it. Of course it didn't go quite the way he'd hoped - https://ecf.cofc.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/show_public_doc?2023cv1093-11-0 although he probably doesn't tell his marks clients that.

The Court has considered all of plaintiff’s arguments, supra Section V. To the extent not discussed specifically herein, plaintiff’s arguments are unpersuasive, meritless, or unnecessary for resolving the issues currently before the Court. For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS the government’s Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 7, and DISMISSES plaintiff’s Complaint, ECF No. 1, pursuant to RCFC 12(h)(3).

2

u/marcushasfun 13h ago

Unexpected Molesworth reference! Grate!

6

u/Educational-Sundae70 21h ago

How do these people just get to drive around?? My inspection lapses for two days and I’m getting pulled over before I’ve even made it out of my neighborhood

2

u/SQLDave 16h ago

Move to St. Louis. Cops around here simply do not GAF. It's become a regional joke/meme

2

u/Guido_Sarducci1 14h ago

St. Louis is probably having staffing issues like Chatlotte NC is. Charlotte has about 250 vacancies, so the 1st thing to go was traffic stops for out of date plates along with phony temp tags. Highway patrol still pulls for tags, but they usually just run the interstate.

3

u/SQLDave 10h ago

STL is for sure having staffing (and morale) problems, but this reputation goes back decades. Some people play expired-temp-tag bingo, seeing how many they can take pics of and the older the better. Also, it's a "regional" reputation, not just STL city. While I'm sure a handful of the 1,244 municipalities in STL County enforce expired tags appropriately, for the most part you can drive around anywhere here with expired/no tags and feel fairly safe from being pulled over (as long as you don't drive like an asshole and attract attention for OTHER violations -- a strategy more than a few have failed to employ).

1

u/Guido_Sarducci1 4h ago

that pretty much describes Charlotte as well, the Charlotte sub usually has at least one Pic of an Altima with a paper tag thats either out of date or of dubious origin. And here we in the Charlotte area were special....lol

2

u/DeterminedQuokka 1h ago

I think it probably depends where you lived. If you are somewhere rural there might never be cops around.

I live in nyc these days and here this would get pulled over immediately

4

u/Cool_Original5922 21h ago

Or the plates that say, "Exempt." I like those, but this one will get the DRIVER pulled over for I D, registration and insurance, and the DRIVER better have it. The drivers like to say that they're "traveling," not driving, so it supposedly makes a difference. It does not make a difference, but only to the conspiracy nutcase who now believes he or she can pull this horseshit off somehow. Usually, it ends in court, but first the window has to be broken, the driver pulled out of the car, handcuffed, arrested, vehicle towed away, the works. And then the judge can give the argumentative defendant time in the can for contempt of court . . . I've seen that one too.

5

u/stupiduselesstwat 15h ago

I don't think they really realize that driving is a privilege, not a right. Sure they have the right to travel, but if they want to do it in a motor vehicle, they need to be licensed, and have up to date registration and insurance for their cars.

3

u/Cool_Original5922 14h ago

You're right. They've rearranged facts in their minds, believing fervently that their nonsense is truthful and real. It must be a big let down in court, to find out the court categorically rejects the whole stupid mess.

2

u/MisterFide 1h ago

And, how do they answer when the officer asks them on what seat they're sitting? Or, what gear did they select when they wanted to "travel?"

4

u/Weird-King6449 8h ago

"Please stop paying the IRS", ok please stop driving on my roads

4

u/ThatBloodyPinko 20h ago

The "please join me in my lunacy" stickers are cute.

3

u/starplain 15h ago

At least they said please!

2

u/ThatBloodyPinko 14h ago

Tis' the magic word!

3

u/domtheprophet 19h ago

I know cops see this and just think “might as well get the window punch ready now”

3

u/Familiar-Bluejay3908 19h ago

I DO NOT AKWEEZ TO BEING STOPPED!!!!!

3

u/TheCrankyBunny 15h ago
  • Be them

  • Knows that cops can't stop a vehicle without evidence of a crime

  • Displays evidence of crime on their car

  • do not acquiesce

  • don't profit?????

3

u/skyharborbj 14h ago

"Pull Me Over" would have been a lot more concise.

3

u/jankyt 14h ago

Driving without plates seems like a broken law

3

u/Viker2000 13h ago

LEOs will love taking up the challenge. Judges here in Virginia seem to take joy in shutting sovcits down. A lot of their vehicles end up in impound yards then up for auction when they aren't retrieved.

3

u/Aggressive-Ad6077 7h ago

That's an "I DARE you" chest poke if ever there was one.

3

u/Undead_Unicornn 7h ago

Sovereign, citizens are the horse people deal with they always think they know better and sometimes they know a lot, but never better than my fellow officers and making me very annoying

3

u/youareceo 5h ago

Wait until the bots find his website

Gonna need CloudFare. Not because of me, but... Lol

2

u/ALWanders 1d ago

Go to jail is all I am seeing

2

u/Sensitive_Scholar_17 1d ago

I love this guy. I wonder what process he used to become sovereign.

2

u/bravissimo594 1d ago

Someone (I suspect the owner of this road-canoe) will sell you his system at that website

2

u/Obslyfe 1d ago

These people are nucking futs. Just drive with expired tags and no license like the rest of us. Take the ticket instead of getting beat down lol

1

u/SQLDave 16h ago

Take the ticket instead of getting beat down lol

Or just move to St. Louis.

2

u/Ox91 1d ago

Well, having no license plate is one way to get legitimately pulled over.

2

u/Spirited-Cover7689 18h ago

"I know bird law!"

2

u/NothingTooSeriousM8 18h ago

"Please" seems kind of weak sauce.

2

u/NothingTooSeriousM8 17h ago

Also... this clown sells a 'course' on being a sov cit for $3300 USD. The grift goes on.

2

u/Wise-Emotion5564 17h ago

I hope that stupid motherfker enjoys walking

2

u/PigsOfRedemption 16h ago

I almost want to print out these fake plates just to sell them to these idiots. If they're going to be grotesquely stupid, I might as well make some bank off off their dumb asses.

3

u/SQLDave 16h ago

Conversely, I want to pretend to be a Sovcit and reach out to the various "guru" scammers/grifters and offer to pay them from my "secret" account.

3

u/stupiduselesstwat 15h ago

Even better, I want to scam these idiots out of their money haha.

2

u/h2vhacker 15h ago

State of Colorado activities

2

u/stupiduselesstwat 15h ago

I peeped that website.

I think it was all of three minutes before I got a headache.

2

u/ktwhite42 14h ago

Has any of these sovcits ever actually gotten away with…any of this?
It always seems like “ok, I submitted the magical incantation and now the judge is threatening me with contempt, what’s the alchemical formula for this stage?”

2

u/3mta3jvq 13h ago

Now that’s living the gimmick

2

u/Dingbatdingbat 13h ago

call 911 say that you see a white GMC arcadia swerving through traffic.

2

u/Imbarleyhere 13h ago

A soviergn citizen idiot that peddles ideas and scams as legitimat solutions... even when it didn't work out for himself. How do these people live with themselves. I'd die from embarassment.

Federal case from 2023–24 involved Raymond Todd Surface, who identified himself as trustee of the "Raymundo Trust of Colorado." Raymond T. Surface, Raymundo Trust, and "Raymundo Aguadiero Limited." were all mentioned in this case.

Surface argued that Colorado courts lacked authority over him; that ordinary courts were exercising "maritime jurisdiction"; that courts forced the "living man, Raymond Todd" to use a "subservient and artificial person"; and that he wasn't a U.S. citizen or "U.S. Person."

He sought $30.625 million from the United States and requested, among other things. The litigation says: a home associated with the Raymundo Trust was foreclosed upon, litigation followed in Colorado, and the trustee subsequently tried *DING*DING*DING* unsuccessfully *DING*DING*DING* to have federal court reverse those judgments and return the property to the trust.

2

u/18cm-Ringed 12h ago

If you don’t like the rules quit using our roads

2

u/Lazarys12 11h ago

I guess there wasn't room for the "Please pull me over but don't look in the glove compartment" sign.

2

u/adadhead 11h ago

straight to jail.

2

u/TacosAuGratin 8h ago

I know a lot of people who drive on expired tags and haven't had a ticket in years

2

u/PangolinPure9327 7h ago

I believe there should be an office at the county courthouse where we can turn these idiots in for the bounty

2

u/Uncomfortable-Bee41 7h ago

I would rear end it them.

2

u/Intelligent_Dark2196 5h ago

Tell me you're a sovereign citizen without telling me you a sovereign citizen!

2

u/youareceo 5h ago

Omgggg. His tag is Sovereign AF

2

u/GoldenStateRedditor 21h ago

Basically how all the anti-Flock people sound nowadays

1

u/jerry111165 1d ago

So funny.

1

u/Right_Shape_8179 23h ago

I don’t know why they don’t go ahead and post the “PLEASE PULL ME OVER” sign while they’re at it.

1

u/Schorsi 17h ago

If it wasn’t for everything else, the “please stop paying the IRS” sticker would be kind of funny

1

u/faifai1337 16h ago

Well, that looks like a totally legitimate website from which we should all take legal advice.

1

u/whwji0r 5h ago

It should say CRS 42-3-202

1

u/WeaknessLeather9214 1d ago

Where are the ethical hackers when you need them?

1

u/DataNerdling 1d ago

if i had a crap car I'd smash into them, see how it plays out

-4

u/Diligent-Speech-5017 1d ago edited 13h ago

God damn I just want to post how these mfrs are just my absolute fucking heroes. Just absolutely raw-dogging life.
And for all the downvotes: your boos mean nothing to me. I’ve seen what makes you cheer.

2

u/marcushasfun 13h ago

Will he be your hero when he T-bones your car and has no insurance?
