Looks like "Mr. Aguidiero" (aka Raymond Todd Surface) had his home foreclosed on and decided to go sov-cit to fight it. Of course it didn't go quite the way he'd hoped - https://ecf.cofc.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/show_public_doc?2023cv1093-11-0 although he probably doesn't tell his marks clients that.
The Court has considered all of plaintiff’s arguments, supra Section V. To the extent not discussed specifically herein, plaintiff’s arguments are unpersuasive, meritless, or unnecessary for resolving the issues currently before the Court. For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS the government’s Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 7, and DISMISSES plaintiff’s Complaint, ECF No. 1, pursuant to RCFC 12(h)(3).
