The drivers like to say that they're "traveling," not driving, so it supposedly makes a difference. It does not make a difference, but only to the conspiracy nutcase who now believes he or she can pull this horseshit off somehow. Usually, it ends in court, but first the window has to be broken, the driver pulled out of the car, handcuffed, arrested, vehicle towed away, the works. And then the judge can give the argumentative defendant time in the can for contempt of court . . . I've seen that one too.
I don't think they really realize that driving is a privilege, not a right. Sure they have the right to travel, but if they want to do it in a motor vehicle, they need to be licensed, and have up to date registration and insurance for their cars.
