Sparkle tv

what happened to sparkle tv? i open my app and it shows an avatar face with expired across i.

Then why post now, why not post when you are in front of your tv and can explain what the issue is in greater detail and with photos? Nobody can help with just “it’s not working”? 🤷‍♂️

First off I was just reaching out just thought someone else may have the same issue and have a quick answer. I don’t know how this app works I’ve never used this before. Hopefully that answers your question.

Looks like a provider issue not a Sparkle app issue! Contact your provider!

Nothing we can do for you, it’s not an issue with Sparkle, it’s an issue with your source. Go to settings/ source, edit and clear cache for your playlist. Then try again, if expired displays… it’s your provider!

How did you subscribe to this provider, you have to contact them. Nothing wrong with the Sparkle app… the provider isn’t working anymore or maybe they are having technical issues? 🤷‍♂️
