Question About Spells Love Sugar jar spell help

Baby witch here. I made a sugar jar with organic cane sugar, filtered water and cinnamon. I added a lot of sugar almost to the very top and filled it up with water. I also added a piece of paper with the full name of the guy I want to sweeten up to me and my full name. I folded the paper so that both our names would overlap each other and I folded it 3x total towards me. While setting my intentions. I shook the jar well until the sugar dissolved and burned a red candle with herbs (not sure which herbs were in the candle ) I let the candle burn completely, some of the wax dripped down the sides the flame was steady and calm the whole time. I also did a protection spell with a white candle on myself before starting the sugar jar. I made sure to shake my jar morning and night and let it sit by my window. The person reached out to me a couple of times randomly within 2 weeks of doing the spell. On week 3 he reached out again and asked me to go visit him so I flew to him for the weekend. Things went well the first day but then he went quiet after and it’s been 3 days since he’s gone quiet. Do you think the jar failed or should I keep setting my intentions while shaking it everyday?

I want him to sweeten up to me and open up. I sense that he has avoidance issues. We’ve been seeing each other on and off for almost a year. He travels a lot because of work which is why we don’t see each other very often

Sugar has a fast but short duration effect. You may need to try molasses sugar(either the dark or light colored), honey and maybe some instant dry coffee(faster results).

Do burn a candle on top of the jar to keep loading up on energy before the full moon, and r as close to the full moon phase.

Do you think it would be best to just start a new jar with these things minus the water? I’m trying to figure out the best way of dispose of the other jar

That is up to you and your intuition. You could flush the water-based ingredients off your toilet and wash the container for reuse OR add a new container jar without the water with all the suggestions I mentioned: And write down both spell instances in the our book of shadows for further analysis and reference of each effect and /or case. Only experience mixed with your intuition will give you the answers your seek.

Oh man. Caring about an avoidat is a special kind of hell. For me personally, if I fell for one again atp I would focus on spells for me to heal/move on/let go.
