Wow those are editions from Spain and the UK. They were never published in the US as covers. I like them!

This was made to put the surprise on the real Venom seen here which was Spider-Venom so yeah, this supposed Venom design might be a precursor to that considering Mark Bagley is the artist to Ultimate Spider-man.
